Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include:
- 5–10 years of experience in construction management, specifically with luxury custom homes
- Construction Supervisor License preferred
- Experience with Buildertrend or Procore is a plus
- Oversee day-to-day operations of high-end custom residential projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Manage on-site teams and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
- Collaborate with in-house design and project management teams to deliver exceptional results
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and company leadership
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
