Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager – High-End Residential position include:
- 5+ years’ construction management experience in high-end residential, single-family custom homes (ground-up and major renovations).
- Strong ability to read plans/specs/codes; solid building science knowledge and construction sequencing.
- Proficiency with Asana (PM) and Excel; budget management and schedule control.
- Proven subcontractor/vendor management: sourcing, qualifying, coordinating, and holding trades accountable.
- Oversee design-build projects from plan review through final inspections; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Translate architectural/engineering drawings into actionable field workflows and look-ahead schedules.
- Manage material take-offs, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and inspections/code compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits, resolve field challenges, and maintain clear communication with clients and team.
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
