Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Inspector Manager position include:
- 15+ years of experience in civil and infrastructure construction inspection projects
- Experience in municipal roads, sewer systems, potable water systems, parks, and land development
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction technology or construction management preferred
- Proficient with inspection software, Microsoft Office, and relevant construction documentation
- Ability to oversee inspection teams, coordinate with engineers, and ensure compliance
- Split time between office and field, maintaining strong project visibility and communication
- Local travel required to project sites (vehicle/mileage policy to be confirmed)
- Lead coordination efforts for project inspections, reporting, and construction quality control
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
