We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support complex, ground-up building and civil construction projects, particularly in the heavy power or industrial sectors. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
- 5–10 years of estimating, cost control, or engineering experience in similar construction environments
- Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates across all project phases using AIA codes
- Analyze proposal specs, historical data, and drawings to determine project scope and pricing
- Provide technical support and cost evaluations during bid development and review processes
- Track and compare estimated vs. actual costs; support change orders and material procurement
- Maintain organized documentation to support all estimate figures and proposals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project directors and team members to ensure success
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
