Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Coordinator / Project Manager position include:
- 3–5+ years of construction or field project management experience – Lead planning, estimating, and execution of construction projects from concept through completion
- Hands-on construction background across multiple trades preferred – Oversee field operations and support construction teams during active projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings – Prepare material takeoffs, cost estimates, and project scopes
- Experience coordinating teams or crews – Organize and guide volunteer construction teams during domestic and international projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills – Manage schedules, procurement, logistics, and project documentation
- Effective communication skills – Coordinate with internal leadership, volunteers, partners, and local project contacts
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally – Participate in multiple short-term project trips each year
- Alignment with the organization’s Christian mission and values – Represent the organization’s faith-based purpose while working with volunteers and community partners
Salary: $77,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
