Take your construction career on the road as a Commercial Traveling Superintendent based in Baltimore, MD, overseeing a fast-paced grocery store project and a strong pipeline of both remodel and ground-up work. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Traveling Superintendent position include:
- Experience with remodel and ground-up construction projects
- Background managing retail or grocery store construction projects
- Ability to oversee projects ranging from $650K remodels to $10M ground-up builds
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site and traveling for projects in multiple states
- Proficiency with Procore, email communication, and cell phone-based coordination
- Supervise daily field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and site progress
- Maintain jobsite safety, construction quality, and project timelines in coordination with project leadership
- Participate in team communication through phone calls, video calls, office meetings, and jobsite meetings
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
