Description
The Commercial HVAC Dispatcher position in Fort Myers, FL is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mechanical services company that has built lasting customer relationships across Southwest Florida since 2014. This role is ideal for someone with commercial HVAC industry knowledge who enjoys coordinating service operations, supporting technicians, and working in a stable Monday–Friday position with no on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Dispatcher position include:
- At least a couple of years of experience in commercial HVAC, preferably in service dispatch or service coordination.
- Experience using Service Fusion or a comparable service management system.
- Strong communication, organization, and scheduling skills to support commercial HVAC service operations.
- Dispatch technicians to service calls and coordinate daily workflow for commercial HVAC customers.
- Communicate with technicians and customers to help ensure timely, efficient service response.
- Support service-only operations with no installation or sales responsibilities required.
- Assist with maintenance contract opportunities when applicable, with stipend potential for sold maintenance contracts.
- Work with a company focused on commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and customer relationships throughout the Fort Myers region.
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical benefits, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% company match after one year, vacation starting at one week and increasing to two weeks in the second year, bonus opportunities depending on job performance, and potential stipend opportunities for selling maintenance contracts.
