Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Superintendent position include:
- Proven experience managing commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects; oversee day-to-day field operations
- Experience with office improvements, retail TI, hospitality, restaurants, fitness centers, and similar commercial spaces; ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule
- Ability to manage projects ranging from a few hundred square feet up to 10,000 square feet and multi-million-dollar builds; coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel; maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills; work closely with owners, design teams, and subcontractors
- Ability to conduct site visits and manage field operations throughout the Denver metro area; ensure quality control and jobsite safety
- Results-oriented mindset with flexibility to align with typical office hours of 7am–4pm; maintain accountability for project milestones
- Team-focused, relationship-driven approach; uphold company values of integrity, transparency, and collaboration
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
