Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large commercial construction projects of $15M or more
- Proficiency in PlanGrid or comparable project management software
- Ability to manage and oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and expenditures to maintain financial and time targets
- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry safety standards and project specs
- Negotiate vendor and subcontractor contracts and oversee procurement processes
- Minimal travel required to job sites for occasional meetings
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
