We’re seeking a Commercial Architect/Project Manager to join a tight-knit team specializing in high-end hospitality and commercial projects across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to work on luxury hotels, casinos, and restaurants with a firm that has over 20 years of experience delivering world-class design. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Architect/Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with hospitality and commercial projects such as hotels, casinos, and restaurants
- Creation and management of construction documents and design documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Familiarity with the architectural process from conceptual design to construction administration
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
