We're hiring a CNC Programmer to join our team and make an immediate impact on production by programming, setting up, and optimizing machines such as CNC mills, lathes, and multi-spindle equipment like ACME Gridleys. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- Proficiency in CNC machine programming, CAM software, and blueprint reading
- Set up and program CNC mills, CNC lathes, and ACME Gridley or INDEX multi-spindle machines
- Inspect parts for quality using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
- Ensure optimal tooling is selected and ordered for job specifications
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain proven programs to meet production standards
- Collaborate with production team to ensure machines are setup correctly and on time
- Ability to calculate dimensions using geometry and trigonometry
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing and machine operation required
Salary: $36 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, paid time off with increasing vacation accrual based on tenure, six paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with up to 2% matching after one year.
