This is a CNC Programmer position focused on 5-axis machining using Mazak, Okuma, and DMG Mori equipment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- Experience with 5-axis CNC machines, particularly Mazak, Okuma, and DMG Mori
- Experience level based on education: 5+ years (Bachelor’s), 8+ years (Associate’s), or 10+ years (HS diploma/GED)
- Skilled in programming with G-code, Mazatrol, and MasterCAM
- Experience with both lathe/turning centers and vertical/horizontal milling machines
- Ability to set up and operate machines when needed to support programming
- Strong knowledge of probing routines, 3D modeling, and toolpath creation
- Ability to train and collaborate with machinists and fellow programmers
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and initiative to work independently
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
