We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer in Pocasset, MA, where you'll play a critical role in helping scale a company that’s moving from small-shop flexibility to structured, metrics-driven operations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer position include:
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAM software for mills and lathes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning
- Create and revise CNC programs to improve quality and productivity
- Use CAMWorks or Mastercam to generate accurate toolpaths and select appropriate tooling
- Collaborate on tool and fixture design and process improvements
- Document setup sheets, program files, and inspection plans to ensure repeatability and quality
- Assist operators with troubleshooting and train them on new programs
- Perform and oversee first article inspections and ensure part tolerances are met
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
