Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator position include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
  • Ability to interpret router files and oversee cutting strategies for quality and efficiency
  • Hands-on experience with carpentry, millwork, and custom furniture builds
  • Load/unload sheet goods, clean and collate finished parts, and maintain machines per schedule
  • Ability to work independently as the only CNC operator while collaborating with carpentry and technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of shop safety protocols and willingness to assist other departments as needed
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs., operating in a dusty, noisy warehouse environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
