Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator position include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to interpret router files and oversee cutting strategies for quality and efficiency
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, millwork, and custom furniture builds
- Load/unload sheet goods, clean and collate finished parts, and maintain machines per schedule
- Ability to work independently as the only CNC operator while collaborating with carpentry and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of shop safety protocols and willingness to assist other departments as needed
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs., operating in a dusty, noisy warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
