Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Milling Operator position include:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, especially with horizontal and vertical milling centers
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and strong understanding of GD&T
- Experience operating and editing programs on Haas, Doosan, Takumi, and Fadal machines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle in-process inspection of parts
- Operate 4-axis machines, with casting layout experience considered a plus
- Responsible for setting up and running machining centers, managing tooling, and machining parts per print
- Must pass a background check (no violent crimes, felonies, or recent theft) and 10-panel drug screening (marijuana okay if not used during work)
- Work 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM), occasional Saturdays; OT available and paid at time-and-a-half
Salary: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
