Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Maintenance Machinist position include:
- 2+ years of prior experience in a CNC Machinist role is required.
- 3+ years of prior experience working with parts and fabrication is preferred.
- Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges.
- Experience programming CNC equipment and performing setup.
- Operate and set up CNC mills (3–4 axis VMC) and CNC lathes (2–4 axis).
- Machine parts such as rolls, shafts, and bushings to precise specifications.
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance (company pays for 50K), 80 hours of PTO annually (accrued weekly), $2.00 per hour shift differential for night shifts, and a monthly bonus opportunity up to 20% based on production, quality, and safety performance.
