Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist position include:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment, preferably with drilling and rig-related equipment
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls, along with knowledge of G and M codes and basic canned cycles
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications and use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, troubleshooting ability, and the capability to operate two machines at once
- Operate CNC lathes and CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality control checks throughout production and assist with tooling setup, fabrication processes, and basic machine maintenance
- Handle materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support the production of parts for pipeline trenching equipment while collaborating with machinists, mechanics, and the broader manufacturing team
Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
