In this Civil Engineer opportunity, you’ll work on roadway projects and contribute to practical, standards-driven engineering using OpenRoads.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:
- Junior- to mid-level civil engineering experience
- Experience working on roadway projects
- Proficiency with OpenRoads software
- EIT certification preferred; if not already held, must be obtainable within 6 months
- Experience preparing engineering plans for state roadway projects
- Knowledge of construction standards and roadway design concepts
- Experience with erosion control
- Roadway pavement design experience
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 30 days; 457 plan; pension vested after 5 years; 13 paid holidays plus 2 personal holidays; accrual up to 480 hours.
