We’re currently seeking a Civil Construction Estimator to join a team that thrives on high-impact municipal, commercial, and light industrial infrastructure projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Estimator position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 10+ years of civil construction experience
- Experience estimating for Underground Utilities, Asphalt, Paving and Milling, and Municipal Contracts
- Proficiency in HCSS software; familiarity with PlanSwift and Agtek is a plus
- Prepare and submit detailed and accurate estimates on time, including quantity take-offs and pricing
- Review drawings and specs to determine scope, schedule, and budget
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, organize and evaluate quotes
- Collaborate with internal project teams during all estimating phases
- Analyze bid versus actual cost data to improve estimating accuracy
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers health and dental insurance with eligibility beginning the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment and paid vacation days.
