A small, dynamic firm in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Civil CAD Designer to work on a wide variety of land development and site design projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with a PE, and grow in a role that values initiative and mentorship—without the red tape of a large corporate setting.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil CAD Designer position include:
- 1+ years of experience in civil design; EIT preferred or working toward licensure
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and plan production
- Assist in the design of grading, drainage, and stormwater systems for residential and commercial land development projects
- Support utility design including water, sewer, and stormwater systems
- Collaborate on permitting and coordination with local agencies
- Work closely with a PE and other team members from concept through completion
- Enjoy a flexible schedule including 4-10s or partial work-from-home Fridays
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude in a small team setting
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
