Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Operating Officer opportunity include:
- Strong experience in residential remodeling and framing, with proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and oversee teams and multiple projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledgeable about industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Strategically manage residential remodeling projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Oversee Project Managers and enhance construction processes and staffing procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all projects adhere to pertinent regulations and manage the timely approval of necessary permits
- Maintain high client satisfaction and foster a positive work environment for staff, addressing concerns and facilitating collaboration
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% paid medical and dental insurance for employees, 3 weeks PTO, and 401k with 3% company contribution.
