This Business Development - Project Director opportunity is based in Texas in a hybrid setting, and it is ideal for a driven professional who wants to build high-level industry relationships, help secure impactful projects, and contribute to a specialized firm known for its expertise and innovation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development - Project Director position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with engineering or architecture background preferred
- PE, EIT, RA, or similar certification is beneficial but not required
- Experience with Microsoft and Adobe InDesign; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D is a plus
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the public and private sectors
- Develop proposals, cost assessments, and scopes of work for project opportunities
- Attend trade shows, networking events, conferences, client meetings, and site evaluations
- Oversee project financials and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
