This Brick Wall Builder / Crew Lead opportunity in Blue Mounds, WI puts your hands-on craftsmanship to work on retaining and brick wall projects with an experienced crew and a culture that values quality and communication.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Brick Wall Builder / Crew Lead position include:
- 3–5 years of brick wall and retaining wall construction experience
- Lead a two-person crew and work as a team-first, communicative lead
- Build and install brick wall and retaining wall systems with pride in quality
- Operate and support jobsite work using excavators, skid steers, and compact track loaders
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites; projects are within ~30 miles of Blue Mounds, WI
- Use hand, power, and engine-powered tools while working comfortably outdoors
- Maintain a valid driver’s license (CDL strongly preferred)
- Be willing to handle minor lifting and complete required pre-employment steps (background check and drug screening)
Salary: $30–$35/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available, with the company covering 75% of health insurance. A Roth IRA is also offered with up to a 3% company contribution.
