Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM/VDC Specialist position include:
- 5+ years of experience in BIM, 3D modeling, construction technology, or related field, with strong Revit and Navisworks skills required
- Mechanical piping or MEP project experience highly preferred
- Manage scope using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
- Create and maintain high-quality BIM models and assist with constructability reviews
- Prepare 3D drawings and shop drawings for field and prefabrication use
- Interpret construction documentation across disciplines and participate in coordination meetings
- Export model data and support visualization needs for field crews
- Assist in developing junior personnel and uphold company/client BIM procedures
Salary: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
