Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM Technician position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM required; structural metal framing knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Strucsoft Metal Wood Framer is a bonus
- Ability to create and develop detailed design drawings using engineering and architectural inputs
- Model framing systems to specific design standards and perform QA/QC to meet as-built requirements
- Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure accurate deliverables
- Review and prepare architectural/trade models for layout using layout robot tools
- Knowledge of cold-formed metal framing and interior metal stud systems preferred
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
