Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM Associate position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an MEP consulting environment
- Assist in updating and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and guidelines
- Provide QAQC and support for Revit models and AutoCAD drawings
- Collaborate with BIM Manager and design teams to resolve software issues
- Assist in software training and onboarding of new staff
- Participate in career development training and stay current with emerging technologies
- Provide support in the setup, coordination, and maintenance of project BIM models
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
