Qualifications and responsibilities for this AutoCAD Drafter/Designer position include:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering required
- Minimum 5 years of drafting experience, ideally with stone or joinery surfaces
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D/3D design; BIM and 3D software a plus
- Create detailed technical drawings based on specifications; produce cutting lists and manufacturing details
- Modify and manage drawing sets, RFIs, site survey data, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors
- Conduct design workshops, attend client meetings, and visit project sites
- Ensure all drawings meet architectural and industry standards
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
