Qualifications and responsibilities for this Associate Engineer – Consulting & Operations position include:
- STEM degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, Systems, or related Engineering preferred) – Apply technical foundations to solve complex operational challenges.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, purchasing, or program management – Support execution of consulting engagements and drive measurable client results.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (up to 75% at times) – Participate in project-based, on-site deployments primarily in the U.S. with some Mexico travel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Conduct data analysis, identify root causes, and implement sustainable performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – Interface directly with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to functional leadership or supervisory responsibilities – Help guide teams, coordinate deployments, and influence stakeholders.
- Business development and market research support experience (or interest in learning) – Assist with proposals, client scoping, case studies, and industry research.
- Growth mindset with entrepreneurial spirit – Collaborate internally to strengthen operations, meet KPIs, and grow into future leadership roles.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
