We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer based in Cape Canaveral, FL to support complex industrial construction projects with a strong electrical component. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer position include:
- 3-5 years of construction experience; light industrial or electrical installation experience preferred.
- 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent technical training.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (formerly PlanGrid), Bluebeam, Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Support onsite construction efforts by assisting with planning, RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, and schedule coordination.
- Participate in coordination meetings with A/E teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site walks to track progress, verify quality, and identify potential issues.
- Assist with procurement and scheduling of equipment and material deliveries.
- Help manage change orders, client communications, and project documentation.
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
