In this Assistant Production Supervisor opportunity, you’ll support daily operations onsite in Chicago, helping keep production flowing and teams aligned across manufacturing and related functions.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Production Supervisor position include:
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred; previous lead/team lead/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong preference for experience in PCB, electroplating, photo-chemical etching, metal processing, or related manufacturing
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
- Support daily production priorities, workflow, production tracking, and rework coordination
- Assist with equipment/chemical activities, start-up and shut-down procedures, and maintenance coordination
- Document system changes, chemical dosing, set-point adjustments, maintenance activities, and operational issues
- Assist with wastewater operations in compliance with Mass DEP permit guidelines
- Understand workplace safety and chemical handling; ability to follow work orders, production instructions, and procedures; basic production planning/scheduling knowledge
Salary: $30.00-$33.00/hour based on experience
