Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Construction Project Manager position include:
- 2–5 years of construction experience; assist in managing renovation, TI, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and select ground-up projects
- Experience with multifamily or tenant improvement projects; support coordination of projects ranging from a few hundred to 10,000+ square feet
- Familiarity with large, detail-oriented renovations (e.g., multi-unit condo projects); help manage documentation and project details
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, and Sage 100 (strongly preferred); assist with project tracking, documentation, and cost control
- Exposure to site visualization tools such as OpenSpace AI (plus); support progress documentation and reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills; coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to work primarily in-office with site visits as needed; maintain project schedules and support field operations
- Team-oriented, relationship-driven mindset with a strong work ethic; contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
