Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager opportunity include:
- 2-3 years of commercial construction experience (retail, office buildings, restaurants, grocery stores)
- Has worked on projects in the $3 million to $10 million dollar range
- Experience with Procore, MS Excel and Word
- Has previously done submittals and pay applications
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
