Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Paving Foreman position include:
- 1-3 years of experience leading a crew of asphalt specialists
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to coordinate daily tasks, monitor job progress, and ensure quality control
- Perform equipment maintenance and ensure tools are ready for use
- Lead jobsite safety practices, complete OSHA 10 training, and enforce PPE standards
- Communicate with clients and team, provide job updates, and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate daily reports and assist in training and developing crew members
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
