Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager looking to take ownership of impactful, large-scale commercial projects in Corpus Christi, Texas? Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Construction Science – Lead projects from preliminary design through Construction Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of architectural experience – Manage large commercial projects across major Texas cities
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (non-negotiable) – Produce and oversee construction documents
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe – Coordinate documentation and project communications
- Background in large commercial project work – Ensure quality control and technical accuracy
- Ability to manage both production and project management duties – Take full ownership of assigned projects
- Strong understanding of Construction Administration processes – Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Architectural registration preferred (not required) – Support project leadership and mentorship responsibilities
Salary: Competitive and negotiated based on experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance (with employer contribution), 401(k) through John Hancock after one year with annual discretionary contribution, performance-based bonuses and raises, paid national holidays, PTO (2 weeks after one year and 3 weeks after ten years), reimbursable business expenses including mileage, and relocation assistance negotiated on an individual basis.
