This role involves leading the design and execution of residential and hospitality projects with a focus on sustainability and innovative design solutions.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Architect Include:
- Professional degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience.
- Required proficiency in 3D Max; familiarity with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite strongly preferred.
- Significant experience in timber construction and single-family homes is crucial.
- Capable of managing all design aspects from 3D rendering to final construction documents.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple project fronts simultaneously, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring design excellence.
- Passion for sustainable design practices and a commitment to technical and design quality.
Salary: $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
