Qualifications and responsibilities for this Accounting Controller position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting and financial management experience preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks, databases, and spreadsheets
- Prepare and maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP
- Analyze financial performance, including job costing and variance analysis
- Develop and implement internal controls and compliance measures
- Manage AP/AR, payroll, and tax compliance, including sales tax filings
- Prepare and review budgets, capital expenditures, and ROI reports
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with 60% of the premium covered, paid time off starting at two weeks, and a monthly profit-sharing bonus.
