Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural/Architectural CAD Technician position include:
- 3+ years of experience in construction document development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit/BIM experience is a plus
- Background in residential renovations, home additions, civil, structural, and architectural design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce drawings that meet permitting and code requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with direct feedback
- Must be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and willing to grow with the company
- Assist with agency permitting, revisions, and structural documentation as needed
- Desire to take ownership of projects and contribute to team success
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
