We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join the Miami, FL office, where you’ll manage projects from conception through completion. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required
- 10+ years of experience managing architectural projects, ideally in luxury high-rise or similar complex developments
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
- Proficiency in Revit is a plus; experience with Vantagepoint and Deltek software preferred
- Manage all phases of design and construction administration with minimal oversight
- Serve as main point of contact with clients, maintaining positive and proactive relationships
- Coordinate project schedules, staffing, and QA/QC processes for on-time, high-quality delivery
- Occasionally travel for site visits (20%), including overnight as needed
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
