This Working Maintenance Supervisor / Lead CNC Maintenance Technician opportunity puts you at the center of keeping complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining systems running strong across a 24/7 operation.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Working Maintenance Supervisor / Lead CNC Maintenance Technician position include:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machining equipment (the client is flexible during intake).
- Strong electrical and CNC controls troubleshooting, including experience with FANUC and/or Siemens controls.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical failures involving spindles, bearings, drives, and machine components.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Capability to independently read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs or CNC machine control systems to identify equipment faults.
- Leadership experience (or strong interest) to supervise and develop 2–3 maintenance employees.
- Willingness to stay hands-on 60–70% of the time while coordinating preventive maintenance and responding to urgent breakdowns.
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
