In this MEP Superintendent (Mission Critical) opportunity, you’ll lead on-site field execution across HVAC, power, and critical cooling while driving safety, coordination, and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Superintendent (Mission Critical) position include:
- 7+ years of hands-on MEP field supervision experience on mission-critical/data center projects.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of MEP subcontractors and trades to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project documents, specifications, and codes.
- Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; serve as a safety leader for MEP-related work.
- Lead and participate in MEP coordination meetings with project management, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals.
- Review and manage field-level MEP documentation including installation drawings, RFIs, submittals, and equipment logs.
- Oversee BIM coordination and conflict resolution in the field, leveraging tools such as Bluebeam, BIM360, and Procore.
- Drive short-interval planning; support inspections, testing, commissioning, punch list management, and turnover for HVAC, UPS, generators, power distribution, and critical cooling systems.
