In this Pharmaceutical Project Manager opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, you’ll partner across engineering, inside sales, manufacturing, and operations to deliver compliant, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pharmaceutical Project Manager position include:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or highly regulated industries.
  • Develop comprehensive quote and bid packages for pharmaceutical ergonomic projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with RFQ requirements.
  • Manage pharmaceutical projects from award through closeout, including schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Schmalz teams and pharmaceutical customers, managing risk, health, and corrective actions.
  • Build and document pharmaceutical PM processes, templates, and best practices, including KPIs and lessons learned.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international colleagues while representing the company professionally in high-visibility situations.
  • Travel approximately 15% and hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Salary: $110K–$150K per year, commensurate with experience.
