Bring your CNC expertise to a manufacturing environment where precision, safety, and quality directly impact engineering specifications. This CNC Operator / CNC Machinist opportunity is based in Dallas, TX, with multiple shift options and room to grow in hands-on production work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator/Machinist position include:
- Experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment, including 3-axis or 5-axis CNC router operation (DMS router experience requested).
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC routers while monitoring machine performance.
- Adjust feed rates, speeds, and tooling as needed to meet production requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings and production plans to ensure accurate machining.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality using precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment.
- Identify and report machine faults promptly to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and hazard reporting.
Salary: $25–$30/hour for CNC Operator; $30–$35/hour for CNC Machinist.
