Bring your architectural leadership to a collaborative, relaxed office in West Caldwell, NJ, where you’ll own residential and commercial projects from early design through permitting and construction documents. This Architectural Project Manager / Senior Project Architect role offers broad project ownership, direct client interaction, and the chance to shape everything from additions and decks to custom homes approaching 9,000 sq. ft.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager / Senior Project Architect position include:
- Ideally 8-10+ years in architecture with substantial residential experience (roughly 50/50 residential and commercial experience may be considered).
- Independently manage and draft multiple projects from survey and design through construction documents and permitting.
- Produce complete permit/construction-document sets using advanced, hands-on AutoCAD skills.
- Draft and coordinate project deliverables through the permitting process.
- Comfortably handle a project mix of approximately 75% residential and additional commercial work.
- Support direct client and ownership interaction throughout project phases.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
