This CNC Programmer opportunity offers the chance to create, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC milling programs using Mastercam on modern Haas 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- 7+ years of CNC mill programming experience (Mastercam and hands-on aerospace/precision manufacturing experience preferred)
- Advanced Mastercam experience; Mastercam 2026 experience beneficial
- Experience programming and setting up Haas 4- and 5-axis mills
- Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Program parts from prints or solid models, including toolpath development, feeds/speeds, and workholding/fixture strategies
- Set up and prove out CNC programs; establish offsets and troubleshoot programming and machining issues
- Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Improve cycle times, process steps, and programming methods while maintaining accurate documentation
Salary: $35–$45/hour. Overtime available.
