Build your future with a fast-moving mechanical contractor in San Antonio, TX, where commercial BAS projects make a direct impact for schools, universities, municipalities, and military facilities. In this BAS Sales Executive opportunity, you’ll drive growth with a high-autonomy approach and a small, focused sales team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this BAS Sales Executive position include:
- 5–10 years of building automation sales experience
- Strong preference for experience with Schneider Electric, Carrier, Crane, Johnson Controls, or a similar controls company; stable work history required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prepare and present digital proposals
- Local travel for site visits; valid Texas driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed
- Sell BAS solutions to commercial clients, including schools, universities, municipalities, and military facilities
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
