In this Construction Business Development Professional role, you will help drive new business in a quick-decision environment where quality work leads to lasting relationships.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Business Development Professional position include:
- Residential construction knowledge with proven sales ability (construction background weighted slightly more heavily)
- Existing Los Angeles network of homeowners, architects, engineers, or designers required
- Generate business and bring your own contacts, supported by marketing team lead assistance
- Sell residential projects ranging from $100K-$1.5M
- Target approximately two projects per month, depending on project size
- Build and maintain relationships across client and design communities
- Coordinate local client and project-site meetings
Salary: Combination of base salary and commission, commensurate with experience.
