In this Branch Operations Manager opportunity, you’ll help launch and scale installation operations at a local warehouse in Urbana while partnering closely with crews to drive daily readiness, quality, and performance.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Branch Operations Manager position include:
- Proven residential solar operations management experience building, training, and overseeing multiple installation crews.
- Strong understanding of batteries, electrical systems, plan sets, daily project preparation, and high-volume residential installations.
- Not a crew-lead role; you will own day-to-day crew operations and ensure execution across projects.
- Experience hiring crew leads and installers, plus onsite training and scheduling readiness.
- Ability to manage vehicles, warehouse inventory, and ensure trucks are prepared daily.
- Familiarity with installation workflow and occasional small-commercial project support.
- Comfort using CompanyCam and vehicle-tracking software (other systems are described as straightforward).
- NABCEP, Tesla, SolarEdge, and OSHA credentials preferred.
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
