This Senior HVAC Service Technician opportunity offers hands-on work supporting chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and split systems while leveraging building automation controls.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior HVAC/BAS Service Technician position include:
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience (7+ years will be considered), ideally supporting data centers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical facilities
- Service and preventive maintenance experience with chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and split systems
- Proficiency with Johnson Controls and other building automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and building automation controls
- Regional travel for service calls; company van provided
- Maintain a clean background and driving record
- Future participation in on-call rotation
- Comfort working occasional weekends and project overtime as needed
Salary: $45 - $55 per hour.
