This Concrete Superintendent role puts you at the forefront of the field, leading self-perform crews on challenging flatwork and specialty placements while building your career with a company that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and internal advancement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Superintendent position include:
- 5-10 years as a concrete superintendent or equivalent field leader with industrial/commercial concrete experience.
- Experience with large slab-on-grade, high-tolerance floor systems (FF/FL, F-min/defined-traffic), tilt-up, and warehouse/distribution and industrial work.
- Strong plan/spec reading, field documentation, and scheduling/manpower/equipment planning.
- Hands-on leadership across concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing, curing, and quality control.
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, ACI flatwork, ACI/TCA tilt-up, First Aid/CPR, rigging/signal person, and competent-person training.
- Regional travel required
- Reporting to the Director of Field Operations and supporting safe, high-quality jobsite execution.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, 401K, company pickup, fuel card, lodging, per diem, travel expenses, 2 weeks PTO plus 40 hours earned sick time.
