Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician position include:
- Previous residential HVAC service experience.
- Connecticut HVAC License (S2 preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment.
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Clearly explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to homeowners.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders.
